She is constantly training in new therapies to offer clients and holds regular training workshops in Reflexology, Reiki and Indian Head Massage.Reflexology is becoming a very popular choice in Ireland for people wishing to combat the stress caused by an ever increasing hectic lifestyle, and is also useful in the treatment of most ailments.
