Enid O'Leary, the principal therapist, is fully qualified in Reflexology, Reiki, Indian Head Massage, Holistic Massage. Ear Candling and Crystal Healing,and is a Reiki Master Teacher. She is constantly training in new therapies to offer clients and holds regular training workshops in Reflexology, Reiki and Indian Head Massage.

Reflexology is becoming a very popular choice in Ireland for people wishing to combat the stress caused by an ever increasing hectic lifestyle, and is also useful in the treatment of most ailments.

Reiki is a gentle, non invasive therapy which is growing in popularity as more and more people come to know of the benefits it can bring.

Indian Head Massage is a very relaxing therapy which is very beneficial for many ailments particularly to the head and shoulder regions.

All therapies practiced at Hands on Healing are complementary to conventional medical treatment and we are happy to work in conjunction with medical practitioners.

We regularly hold information days when you may discuss the therapies and partake of short sample treatments with our fully qualified practitioners.

The practice is just three miles from Newcastlewest and twenty miles from Limerick City on the main Limerick to Tralee road.
